What’s new on the platform and around the pilot.
Club1 now comes two ways. On the Club-Funded plan one flat monthly fee covers the whole platform, every module, and members pay nothing on core operations. On the Member-Funded plan the club pays nothing and members pay small flat fees when they use it. On either plan the club earns a published revenue share back on every game played, settled every month.
Fees, flat, published →A limited group of founding clubs goes live on Club1 this November, the full platform, real money on the course, and the Founder Club revenue share. A small number of slots remain.
The Founder Club →A new visual system for the member app: ink and navy, brass accents, and green reserved for money and live play. Glass headers, a floating glass tab bar, an Appearance setting that runs app-wide in light and dark, and the club’s own footage behind Club Home. It arrives with the November cohort.
The member app →Four cards drawn the instant the app opens, before anything loads: the course right now with wind and sunset, tonight at the club, your season so far, and who is here now. Here now is opt-in and reciprocal. A member appears only when they choose to, and only to members who have chosen the same.
The member app →Members order ahead and reserve a table from the app, and the check lands on the member statement like everything else. The kitchen sees it on the same floor the staff already run, with the member’s name and preferences attached.
Dining and F&B →A member invites a member of another Club1 club to play their course. The invite, the tee time, the game and the settlement all work across clubs. The guest’s fees bill the inviting member’s statement, and the host club earns on the round. The first piece of the Club1 network.
The tee sheet →A caddie is now a Club1 user with a wallet of their own. The loop fee holds the moment the caddie accepts, releases the moment the round is complete, and tips go to the caddie whole. Clubs that pay caddies through the house account keep doing exactly that.
Golf operations →Tee time confirmations and reminders, event updates, table-ready notices and statement notices, by text, from the member’s own club. Off by default, on only when the member turns it on, and a reply of STOP ends it at any time.
Text messages →Nines, Vegas, and Quota arrive, and the platform now runs nine sanctioned formats. The three-ball gets a game of its own, the 2v2 crowd gets team numbers and the birdie flip, and mixed-handicap groups get the fairest game in golf: beat your number. The junk (birdies, greenies, sandies) now rides on every format, claimed in the app and settled with the game.
The formats →Arrange a game in Club Social, “Sunday? Say 10?”. And the concierge offers the tee time, checks the sheet, and books it with one tap. If the slot is taken, it brings the nearest open times instead.
The member app →Club1 Broadcast puts live games, contest standings and today’s leaderboards on the club’s own TVs, straight from the platform. Every screen picks its channel: the grill room knows who is pressing on 17 before the group walks in, the starter’s box runs the sheet, the lobby carries tonight’s dinner.
Club1 Broadcast →The sixth sanctioned format arrives: four players, a rotating Wolf, lone-wolf doubles and blind-wolf triples. Scored live and settled to the cent like every other game on the platform.
The formats →Hole-in-one pools for the whole membership. Members join once, the pool builds with every round played, and the moment an ace is recorded it pays out automatically, to the cent, with no envelope at the bar.
