Is real-money golf wagering appropriate for a private club?
It has been happening at private clubs for a century, in cash, in notebooks, and in “I’ll get you next weekend.” Club1 gives that tradition modern rails: entries held in regulated escrow, settlement computed on the server to the cent, flat published fees, and a full audit trail. Nothing about the game changes; everything about how the money is handled does. We review the compliance posture with every club during onboarding.
Do we have to replace Jonas or our current systems?
No. Club1 turns on module by module and runs alongside what you have, including a bridge for clubs that keep Jonas for accounts receivable. Many clubs start with the tee sheet and the games, then expand at their own pace. Nothing is torn out on day one.
What does Club1 cost the club?
Nothing. No license, no per-seat fees, no integration project, no annual increase letter. Club1 earns a published revenue share on gaming, alongside the club, which earns on every game played. For most clubs, software becomes an income line for the first time.
What do members pay?
Flat fees, posted in the app, shown before anything is confirmed. Never a percentage of a pot, a check, or a statement. Club1 takes no share of any prize pool.
Can we use Club1 without the gaming?
Yes. Every module stands alone, dining, billing, tee sheet, racquets, lodging, spa, communications. Gaming is the module that pays the club, which is why most clubs turn it on, but nothing requires it.
How long does it take to go live?
The first modules can be live quickly, the pace is set by your club, not by us. Your Club Concierge configures the platform to the club’s rules, trains staff on the floor, and stages the rollout so nothing disrupts service. The walkthrough includes a specific plan for your operation.
Where does member money actually live?
In individual member wallets, funded by Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a linked bank. When a game starts, entries move to regulated escrow until it settles. Club staff never hold or handle member funds, the platform holds, the platform settles, and every movement is on an append-only ledger.
Who owns the club’s data?
The club. Every club’s data is isolated to that club, member DMs are unreadable by staff and by us as a matter of architecture, and member data is never sold or used for advertising.
Who supports our staff after launch?
A dedicated Club Concierge, one person who ran your onboarding, knows your operation, and remains your point of contact. Founding clubs are onboarded personally.
What kind of clubs is Club1 for?
Private clubs. Golf is the front door for most, but the platform is modular, a racquets-led or dining-led club runs just as well. If your club has members, a calendar, and a ledger, Club1 was built for it.
A small number of founding slots remain. Every request is reviewed personally.
Received. We review every Founder request personally and will reach out directly.
The list is forming.
Club1 is joined by invitation, and the first clubs set the standard. Request yours. We'll reach out when your club can join. One note, nothing else, ever.
