Member direct messages are unreadable by staff, architecturally, not by policy. Every club’s data is isolated to that club, and member data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising. The club’s directory, its conversations, and its habits stay inside the gates.
Rulings move money atomically and log who decided what, when. Hole-in-one claims take two independent witnesses and a pro’s sign-off before a dollar moves. Point-of-sale keeps working through an outage and reconciles when the connection returns. The system is built for the moment somebody asks “prove it”, and it always can.
