Scorecards, cart signs, pairing sheets, and alpha lists print straight from the event, branded for the club. The pairing board drags and drops: swap players between groups, re-slot a shotgun or wave field in one pass, and get warned when a multi-round event repeats a pairing. Every past event is a template, so next year’s member-guest starts from this year’s with one click.
Entry fees bill straight to the member statement at registration. Side pools escrow when members opt in. And when the last card is in, the leaderboard becomes payouts, not paperwork: per-flight prize pools, countback on ties, settlement to the cent through regulated custody. No envelope in the pro shop, no napkin math, no Monday of chasing.
Every printed scorecard carries a C1ID code and QR. A guest scans it and scores the whole group from a phone browser; every entry lands live on the hole-by-hole leaderboard, the TV in the grill, and every member’s phone. Events get a public page too: member-guest teams and outside players request a spot online, with guest details down to shirt sizes, and the golf shop approves every entry. Walking scorers cover championship groups on the same rail.
Eleven event formats with divisions and flights. Member-guest machinery in full: round-robin pods, Cross-9 rotations where an eighteen-hole day carries two matches, Ryder Cup sides with a live points board, and the shootout on the closing holes, run tap by tap. Season constructions too: eclectic events, the ringer board, the order of merit. One engine runs all of it.
